We like to be honest and direct – so here you can find out in advance how your holiday with us usually works and what you can (not) expect from us.
Before your holiday
Before you start your holiday with us, we ask you to enter all your details for the online check-in by e-mail. We need this data so that we can provide you with the Montafon Guest Card.
Arrival
Arrival is possible from 4 pm on the day of arrival. The apartments each have an electronic access system. You will receive the code by telephone on the day of arrival (telephone number will be given in advance). If time permits, one of us will of course come round in person to welcome you and show you to your accommodation.
Departure
On the day of departure you will of course have enough time to enjoy breakfast in our house or garden. We ask you to leave the apartment by 10:00 am in the same condition as you found it.
Montafon Guest Card
The Montafon Guest Card is available for all our guests on arrival. The Montafon Guest Card offers numerous discounts throughout the Montafon and beyond. However, we need your online check-in details for this.
Payment
Depending on how you have booked your stay with us, you will pay directly via the booking platform or you will receive an invoice from us 14 days before arrival with a request for a bank transfer to our account.
Cancellation policy
If for any reason it is not possible for you to spend your holiday with us, you can cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival. If you cancel at shorter notice, we will unfortunately have to charge the full amount.
Cleaning
So that you can enjoy your holiday in the Montafon as undisturbed as possible and we value our environment, we refrain from daily cleaning. For longer stays (8 days or more) we are of course happy to provide fresh towels and consumables in between.
Guest folder
On arrival, you will find a small, printed guest folder in your appartment with the most important information about the appartment. We also provide an online guest folder with up-to-date information and our insider tips. You are welcome to take a look here in advance.
Garden
We are grateful that there is a large garden around our house. We naturally want to share this good fortune with our guests. That’s why we have set up a separate garden area for each apartement, which invites you to barbecue (two barbecues are available free of charge) and linger, especially in summer. If you are travelling with children: The kids will love the garden.
Car parks
There are plenty of free parking spaces at our house. Depending on the flat you book, you are guaranteed a maximum number of parking spaces (although these have always been sufficient so far).
Wi-Fi
Each of our flats has its own free Wi-Fi. So you can stay in touch with your loved ones at all times, even on holiday.
Kids
We welcome children of all ages. We have a limited number of cots and highchairs. It is best to reserve these when you book.
Dogs
Not only children, but also dogs are welcome here. However, as a dog owner you will understand that we charge €5/night for the somewhat more complex cleaning.
Contact person
We are not always there in person, but we are happy to be your contact if you have any questions during your holiday in the Montafon. Simply call or write to us and we will be happy to help you.
Considerate behaviour
We love the peace and quiet in the Montafon and our neighbours – and you will too. We therefore ask you to avoid loud parties and the like.
