The apartment, newly built in 2024, is located on the first floor and offers 70m² of space for 2 – 5 people.

There are two bedrooms in the apartment, each with a double bed. The sofa bed in the living room offers sleeping accommodation for an additional guest.

The very bright eat-in kitchen is fully equipped (dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, electric hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle …).

There is also a cosy couch (incl. sleeping function) and a TV with cable TV in the living room.

The apartment has a separate WC and a bathroom with a large walk-in shower and double washbasin.

From summer 2025, the apartment will also have its own terrace with mountain views.
